Returns

We accept returns only for products damaged during shipping within three days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  1. Change of Heart or Mind: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of heart or mind. We encourage customers to make informed purchasing decisions before completing their orders.
  2. Gourmet and Food Items: Due to the nature of gourmet and food items, we cannot accept returns on these products for health and safety reasons. If you receive a damaged food item, please contact us within three days of delivery.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@atlantic-commerce.com within three days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged product and its packaging to process a return or replacement.

Refunds

Upon approval of a return for eligible items, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
